I ask you to read all the way through, and I’m not responsible for any negligence to read those terms.Commissioning me means you agree with the terms below and that they may change and I can cancel your commission if any of these terms are broken.
MY RIGHTS
I have the right to decline or even cancel any commission, for any reason, especially if I’m not capable enough to do it.
I have the right to change and update those terms when I want, for any reason.
I have the right to price my work, update the price, and types of commission.
I have the right to use the artwork as an example of my art, to upload it or keep it private.
I have the right to blacklist someone.
I have the right to ask questions about the commission request in case I get confused with any detail, also about the payment. You have to answer them all, because I want to make sure I don't make any mistakes. If you keep avoiding these questions/changing topics everytime I ask a question about the commission, and I don't have enough details about what you want, I'm sorry, but I'll have to decline. I need the client to be direct to me (not in a rude way), and answer any questions I have about the commission.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request to keep your commission private, which I won’t upload the finished piece to my gallery.
You can repost the finished piece to any website as long as you properly credit me.
You can use the finished piece for any personal purposes.
You may NOT edit the piece without my permission, or trace it.
You may NOT sell the piece or use it any way commercially without contacting me first.
You may NOT claim the piece as your own.
PAYMENT
Payment will be via Paypal invoice only.
The payment must be in USD.
I’ll start working on the commission after I receive full payment.
During the process of the commission, I’ll provide you wips and updates, wherever I start coloring, shading, detailing, etc, plus looking for your approval.
Additional changes after the lineart is done, may cost a bit extra.
REFUNDS
I need to take my time and not rush the commission. If you’re being aggressive, rude, disrespectful towards me, I’ll cancel your commission and refund you and you’ll have to accept the refund. And you may have the chance to get blacklisted.
If you cancel the commission before I start the sketch, you’ll be refunded 100%.
If you cancel the commission after the sketch is done, I’ll refund you 50%.
If you cancel the commission after the lineart is done, I’ll not offer a refund.
